updated handling of beam model in SH12A #40

all data must be recalculated with SH 1.0.1 due to a bug in simulated spot sizes.

You may notice that the XZ maps are too heterogenous in the calculations done with SH12A v 1.0.0 image

When averaging over a 2 x 2 cm² field, lateral equilibrium is not achieved in the first half of the SOBP.

Fixing this: image calculated with v1.0.0-12-g08db0c2e

calculated LET and Q values are not affected by this. Only relative dose profile.
