This is related to recent PR #59

[x] we need a spread sheet used to average spectra to get DLET and TLET
[x] what kind of medium is used in LET scoring: is it scoring to medium or to water ?
[x] are we scoring flux or fluence of protons ?
[x] documentation of spectrum binning should go into README.md file
[x] mention in the README.md that SP = "source partcles" = "primary particle"

Spread sheet LET_calculation added.

The only description in the MCNP Manual regarding the scoring LET is "The values provided in the energy bins are interpreted as stopping power values with units of MeV/cm".

MCNP for F4 tally uses "track length estimate of particle flux", and all the results are normalized per SP (Spurce Particle).

Looking at the results, it seems to be LET-to-medium

PMMA bump clearly visible.
