Improve documentation of scoring geometry: #74

Scoring geometry is now described in two files:

data/README.md with broken links to images
docs/scoring.md with volumes as in plan2 geometry setup

Proposition of update:

[ ] remove redundancy in the description, i.e. keep only few sentences in the data/README.md file and link the reader to the docs/scoring.md. That would remove the broken images in the data/README.md
