Server side logging for Nodejs application

• [x] Figure out which library to use for logging
• [x] Install the Library
• [x] Configure it for the application
• [x] Add custom formats and messages to increase the readability of the log
• [x] Separate error log file and Info log file the quickly identify the errors

If an error occurs in Nodjs application, it should be logged, in a file. Preferably in json format
