-removed saveIntermittentCriteriaDrivenBudgetAction property & and action dispatch from EditBudgetsDialog component (no longer exists) -removed unused properties budgetCriteriaHeaders & currencyInputConfig from InvestmentEditor component -updated selectedInvestmentLibrary modification code for specified budgetYear inside onEditBudgetYearAmount function -updated selectedInvestmentLibrary modification code inside onApplyToScenario function
