Application becomes unresponsive when the user clicks off a popup message #840

You can lock up the application on large criterias. Reproduction steps:

  1. Open up a large criteria
  2. Click multiple times on the editor when the error comes up.
  3. Eventually, the app locks up.

Suggestion in group (PennDOT): Lock up the screen when a criteria is selected un unlock it when the lists are loaded.
