[User] the Admin user should not be deleted, and the "All right" profile should not be modified. #83

To prevent deadlock of the web-service access, if the AFS server manage the Users then the predeclared Admin user should not be deleted.

In the same approach if the AFS User management is in charge to maintain an "All Rights" profile then the content of this profile should not be modified through the MetaData web-services.
