Disconnected from the serve #110

Hello everyone, I can use the "process single station", but when I use "Batch process stations" it shows that "Disconnected from the server". (}}6 B5JLFQCVT4{_{T@T)I

Moreover, when I install the climpact locally, it shows that : 5P$AMZBKA8H13H3 969973K After typing > library(shiny) > runApp()

How long does it take for the batch processing to time out, roughly?

For the local install, are all packages installed without error when you run the install script? That error you got is pretty vague. But perhaps climdex.pcic.ncdf didn't get installed. What OS are you using?

Thanks for your reply. I have solved these problems. There is something wrong with my Metadata.txt, so after I click calculate it show that "Disconnected from the server". For the second one, I install the package again.

Moreover, I couldn't find slope about "HWN","HWA","HWN","HWD","HWF". Don't these indicators show up in trend.csv?

Hi! I am also facing the same issue; the online application is showing disconnected from the server even in processing single station. It is not giving me the link to download the results.

It can be hard to see the download link. It's in the blue box on the right side of the screen, you probably need to scroll down. image
