Request permission to retain copy of calculated indices #18

For when Climpact is hosted: request permission to retain a copy of the user’s calculated indices (along with the user’s contact details). This will allow us to capture data that doesn’t exist in current aggregated station datasets.

Yes this would be a nice feature but it has to be clear that we wouldn't retain the indices if we don't get permission from the user.
