Tooltip showing brief index definition for configurable parameters in process steps #35

“pop up bubble” that appeared upon clicking on / hovering over the indices that are listed above each of the fields to fill out (by that I don’t mean a redirection to the user guide, but something like what I’ve pasted below) and contained a quick definition of each index. This way, users could have a refresher on what a given index is without having to search through the user guide!
