Wrong c_tooltip for Principal Procedure and Spelling Mistake in c_name and c_tooltip #81

If you run:

select c_name, c_tooltip FROM i2b2metadata.pcornet_proc WHERE c_fullname = '\PCORI_MOD\PPX\';

"Principle Procedure Flag (v4)";"Principle DIagnosis Flag (v4)" "Principle Procedure Flag (v4)";"Principle DIagnosis Flag (v4)"

You will see that the Procedure flags got described as Diagnosis flags.

Incidentally, there's a spelling mistake in c_name and c_tooltip. It should say Principal Procedure, not Principle Procedure. For reference, please see OMOP CDM 4.2 permissible values for PPX: P=Principal S=Secondary
