DIMCODEs in PCORnet_vital are wrong #82

Good morning, I just noticed this but do you know why the C_DIMCODE values in PCORNET_VITAL were changed in v4? This broke our vitals mapping script. (easily fixed though) The C_DIMCODEs used to match the CFULLNAMEs, like every other ontology table, but now they are abbreviated values like '\PVIT\TOBACCO\', or '\PBP\BPPOSITION\'.

Corrected internally, will need to be re-exported. Not sure how this happened...

Fixed in 88486e8b0cfbddd511869b6e74017ed5d3d52e76 and fb0dca9008405b2ed99e3d72f0c0ca713f0ba0d8
