advanced directive CPT codes 99497, 99498 #87

We have a PCORNET_PROC table that is missing these codes; I think we got it from UTSW who got it from you.

Any suggestions? Do you maintain a PCORNET_PROC table with CPT codes any more? If you have a PCORNET_PROC table handy, does it have these codes? Can you share it with us somehow? (We have a UMLS license)

My notes say we built it from BioPortal, but we haven't been keeping it up to date. The most expedient thing for you might be to grab a new CPT ontology using @lcphillips2 extractor tool and import the codes you nee. Sorry I don't have anything ready-made.
