'no qualifier' in ICD-10 ontology? #70

From Galina:

we have noticed multiple groups of records in PCORNET_PROC ontology with the same concept_path and c_basecode, and "no qualifier" values in the c_name column. These records seem to be synonyms to valid c_name values but we are not sure how they are used in i2b2 (ARCH) queries since there are no facts with "no qualifier_cd" in the concept_cd columns.

Here is an example:

C_NAME C_BASECODE C_SYNONYM_CD Occlusion of left external iliac vein, percutaneous endoscopic approach ICD10-PCS:06LG4ZZ N no qualifier ICD10-PCS:06LG4ZZ Y no qualifier ICD10-PCS:06LG4ZZ Y

Can you please confirm that this is not a bug and let us know how this "no qualifier" is useful to an average webclient user or in PopMedNet ETL?

We need to investigate this issue.

@lcphillips2 confirms these should be removed. Fixed internally, will be put in 4.1a release
