Git LFS bandwidth exceeded #16

I get the error , "This repository is over its data quota. Account responsible for LFS bandwidth should purchase more data packs to restore access." when running git lfs clone https://github.com/ARCLab-MIT/pyssem.git

Initial population and launch file is too large, will create a function to wget and download it so it is not tracked in source
