Correct broken link in HPC6 course page #188

This makes the link work. No idea what the original % link logic was about.

The {% path %} link logic is related with the jekyll way of cross information between files to build the page. But is not 100% clear to me either

~Can you send me the link that is broken for you?~ ~Because the ones I've tested on my machine seem to work. I'm curious if it's a browser issue~

There's a link to HPC1, only it goes to a totally bogus, and that surely can't be a browser issue? https://arc.leeds.ac.uk/training/courses/hpc6/%7B%%20link%20pages/training/training_courses/hpc1.md%20%%7D

I'm not familar with the Jekyll gubbins to know what the really should look like.
