Change ACE Fatal Damage Source #106

Changes fatal damage source from Sum of trauma + Only large hits to vital organs to Only large hits to vital organs, in preparation of WW2 event.

Also add new options added with ACE update

Tempted to leave this in for a regular opday and see how it changes the mission flow
