Addition of logi role
Replacement of Combat Engineer (Explosives) with generic Combat Engineer role
Removal of Combat Engineer (Mines)
Removal of USM usages, replaced by CWR
Removal of FIR usages
Removal of CFP usages
Adding Binoculars to medics
Misc. loadout updates

Also updates submodules and build action.

This also adds a dependency for DZN Mitznefet, which is needed to fill out the IDF loadout.
