As vanilla medical is dependent on the use of First Aid Kits and Medikits, I've edited the medical macros to include them instead. Medikits and firstaidkits now convert into the current equivalent of MEDICAL_R and MEDICAL_CLS. To reflect this and make sure autotest reports correctly, First Aid Kits and Medikits have had their mass increased to the equivalent ACE equipment mass.
