Added 5 new TVT-ready loadouts.
Added entrenching tools to baseMan in all loadouts, since AAR slotting is not consistent and can result in a big balance shift depending on each side's slotting.
Fixed German loadout with two grenades in rifleman

Do not merge from master, commit changes to a separate branch and then make a pull request from that. Make sure to pull changes from upstream before creating your branch.
