Create new metadata syntax #3

Sqaure brackets "[]" are more common in text than I had expected. They are used for editor notes within quotes. The goal of our markup is to make reading text in source for as readable as possible. Metadata is less common so it is reasonable for it to have a less elegant syntax.

Curly braces might be a good alternative.
