When using "Fridolin's Demo" as title for an activity, it makes the title field in Moodle break: "=?utf-8?B?RnJpZG9saW7igJlzIERlbW8uemlw?="

Now the files will be saved with session id as their name and a new column 'title' will holds the title. So this will fix his ticket.
