Brief description of the issue

Things that should be in subgrid aren't and instead they're on main grid why

What you expected to happen

Stuff to be in their subgrid and master powernet being mostly empty

What actually happened

no

open powermon
set subgrid to master with RCOn set up
cry in engineer

why is this fix it upstream when we already have our own map kinda aaaa
