Fixes mis-matched rocks and reverts tables to the old style, kind of #5281

About The Pull Request

• Adds in 'wasteland' table. It's the old one. The core maps have the tables mass-replaced to the old ones. • Removes old rock sprites. • Recolors all rock sprites to look like how they used to.
