- Source config moved to dataSources folder
- Source config now just named config.json and placed in relevant data sources subfolder
- Modernised global config, and modified to reflect new changes
- Added script for generating a basic folder structure for new data sources
- Renamed a few functions in sourceManager that are intended to be internal
