- Removed old logging function in commonFuncs.py
- Fixed incorrect variable passing to concurrent tasks
- Fixed dwcMapping to properly leave unique fields when forcing unique entries
- Improved interaction between dwcMapping and dwcProcessing
- Can now properly pass kwargs from surface layer script down to processing functions
- Argparse wrapper now returns overwrite value separate to kwargs
- Removed duplicate create functions in sourceDatabase in favour of single function with passed argument
- Moved SystemManager workers arg to init
