- Updated extraction in data sources to use new zipping lib
- Updated ncbi processing to use new RepeatExtractor
- Added zipping flag for dwcCreate to automatically zip dwc file after reaction
- Added clearSource tool for cleaning out a source after dwc is created and zipped
