- Updated flatfile parser to no longer require nucleotide entry data to be passed around
- Updated ncbi processing so parseNucleotide now runs on the whole set, compiling a single csv
- Updated all nucleotide config files to reflect changes
- NCBI processing now forces overwrite when extracting files
- Added splitting out of references
- Added splitting out of PCR subfields
- Added support for subcategory representation on the mapping file with "::"
- GetFields now supports getting fields from only a small chunk of file
