Catch-all issue for any linking to external sites from data.

[x] NCBI accession, biosample, bioproject & biocollection pages
[x] BPA sequence pages
[x] BOLD pages
[x] ALA specimen record pages (biocache)
[ ] GBIF for non-AU collectionCode and catalog numbers
[ ] Publication DOI links
[ ] Wikidata for authors/collectors/researchers
[ ] OrcIDs

Ely suggests that a number of collection managers maintain a list of sequence accession numbers to catalog/voucher numbers for their collections. This could be added to a species list and used to augment data during pipelines list processing.

Putting on hold for now, as data is not clean enough to make it worthwhile.
