DNS error #18

We've seen a DNS error from the Agent Core. I need to investigate it.

clone the project
- git clone git@github.com:ARIA-VALUSPA/AVP.git && cd AVP && git checkout f39073e871b7b84cdaca8658c4735cd3b202df2b
- run setup cd RunMeFirst\ && get_models.bat
launch AMQ (start-1-...)
launch the Agent-Core (start-3-...)
observe the error
- [Thread-0] ERROR e.a.d.behaviours.AlignmentGeneration - Timeout or unreachable or failed DNS lookup

I created a branch for my/any changes to fix this. https://github.com/ARIA-VALUSPA/AVP/tree/zilver015117-timeout

The new long error message reads;

[Thread-0] ERROR e.a.d.behaviours.AlignmentGeneration - Timeout or unreachable or failed DNS lookup (coreUrl = http://zilver015117.mobiel.utwente.nl:8080/, e = `connect timed out`)

Chrome, ping, and tracert can't find that computer.

Hi Peter,

The server is not reliable, so it's best probably to remove that part of the dialogue manager. I'll take a look at it.

I'm unsure what work that will require, as I haven't looked into it (yet)

What would this change in the dialogue manager?
