Performance metrics gathering #165

We should embed measurements into the code and send analytics to our side. Metrics reporting must be optional and turned off by default in production build (see #77).

Metrics should cover various potentially long operations. Reports should contain information about device used and parameters of operation called.

Some of necessary metrics:

time of waiting after pressing tags editing button in Gallery mode (till moment when user gains input capability)
time of waiting after pressing an available tag in tags editing dialogue (till moment the tag is set)
time necessary to index big collection
