Missing video quality labels #248

Some of videos miss resolution overlays as OS not supporting that videos. Integration of ffmpeg library should help. msg487665933-450 https://github.com/ARK-Builders/ARK-Navigator/issues/146#issuecomment-1128079950 It will resolve this as well.

Also, we should support .webm, .mpg and .ts extensions as video type as well. Not sure about .ts though — this is old DVD format, if I remember correctly.
