I removed a bunch of files and consolidated everything into setup.sh. I also added a README which walks you thru the script in the case of someone (like me) not trusting scripts and wanting to do it manually lol.
Added main.conf which mavlink-routerd looks for at /etc/mavlink-router/ if started without arguments. Updated the systemd script to reflect that.
Added px_uploader.py and a helper script to flash the FC.
