1.6.6b pkg cert is expired #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download v1.6.6b
2. Open dig
3. Double click pkg

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect installation to proceed normally. Instead, the installation is blocked 
since the developer cannot be identified.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Soundflower 1.6.6b, MacOS 10.8 with "Mac App Store and identified developers" 
set.

Please provide any additional information below.
It appears that the expired certificate renders the package as unidentified.
Please update the certificate used to sign the pkg,
