CSS precedence rules appear not to be followed #156

Try converting the attached HTML file to PDF.

I expect this file to display the paragram using the Courier font (this is what 
web browsers will do.)

Instead, Flying Saucer displays it using Arial.

It seems as if the * rule always wins over any other rule, no matter how 
specific you make the other rule - I have tried using IDs, adding more levels 
into the rule and even !important but nothing appears to make the more specific 
rule "win". 

I'm using test build v8.99.2 (wanted to use v8 but it uses a version of iText 
which is too old for us to use as we're already making use of newer additions 
to iText ourselves...)
