Not able to render input text boxes,check boxes and radio buttons. #210

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

When I create a PDF document from XHTML which I got from my View and cleaned it 
using HtmlCleaner and gave it to ItextRenderer as Input.I am not able to see 
all input text boxes,check boxes and radio buttons which are on my HTML page.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am uisng iText latest version and FS R8.
Please provide any additional information below.
