can't run AForge 1.7.0 #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. running the library

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected is the setup, instead I get that file is corrupted
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.7.0 on windows XP
Please provide any additional information below.

 previous versions work normally

Everything works and installs as expected - just checked again one more time.
