Can you confirm that it is this puzzle?:

I've tested this puzzle with Hodoku (program which gives you hints on how to 
solve
the sudoku) and it is able to solve this puzzle. Just try it for yourself:
1) Download Hodoku from http://hodoku.sourceforge.net/en/index.php.
2) Start Hodoku and open file hard4.hsol which is attached to this comment.
3) Keep pressing "Next Hint" and "Execute" until puzzle is solved. In lower left
corner you see name of used solving technique.
