Description

hello I wish to describe the use of a region-based algorithm within Py-ART in my paper; however, the original paper does not provide a formula. How can I adequately explain the principles of this algorithm?

@decadeneo Thanks for reaching out! Glad you want to write about the region-based algorithm. @scollis Can correct me, but I believe it was written by Jonathan Helmus. @scollis Do we have a way of citing this if its not in the original Py-ART paper?
