I added the dealiasing file to the repo, to get the full gist of the gridding a full sweep radar file is needed, however the file is too big for github, so utilize the get_data_files function.

@zssherman - is there anyway you could use a subset of the file? I am not sure we will be able to use the get_test_data functions since we do not have access the temporary storage on the system
