Content is here for testing. I was having some issues consistently accessing the Wyoming Upper Air Archive via Siphon over the weekend. On Monday I will chat about this around Unidata and may need to tweak this. However, environment and remainder of content should be testable. I'd prefer the non-solutions notebooks to remain un-executed for the synchronous session, but let me know if that doesn't fit into y'all's Jupyter Book workflow!

Oops, left some stuff in that didn't need to be there, now good to go. We might run into some sounding access issue day-of, but I included a backup if needed. Thanks!
