CMSIS does not include a software component with different automatic control techniques. Is it feasible to add a package with the implementation of the most popular control techniques?

Can you please elaborate a bit more about these "automatic control techniques" you are looking for? What would you like to change? Perhaps, can you prepare a Pull-request?
