Some ACS Linux commands need to be added or updated

Failed to run the commands below on ACS Linux, so we need to add or update the timedatectl, date, hwclock.
The goal is to make ACS Linux be capable of running the same tests/commands as what we run on Linux distros for certification.

• timedatectl > /mnt/acs_results/linux_dump/timedatectl.txt
• date --set="20221215 05:30" > /mnt/acs_results/linux_dump/date-set-202212150530.log
• date > /mnt/acs_results/linux_dump/date-after-set.log
• hwclock --set --date "2023-01-01 09:10:15" > /mnt/acs_results/linux_dump/hw-colock-set-20230101091015.log
• hwclock > /mnt/acs_results/linux_dump/hwclock-after-set.log
