Added backwards compatibility check for 1.0 version of EFI_TCG_BOOT_SERVICE_CAPABILITY.
TCG2 GetCapability checkpoints are updated to comply with TCG EFI Protocol Specification Errata.
MaximumVariableSize test relaxed to check for 60000 bytes instead of 64KB
