-Added additional checks to exclude SIE SCT files from standalone build -bbr_common_config.cfg added to set GCC and CROSS_COMPILER_URL path -Upgraded the edk2 to edk2-stable202208 -Updated sie_SctStartup.nsh to automatically boot to linux after SIE SCT completes
