Refactored edk2-test patch #39

The old patch is refactored into

  1. edk2-test-bbr.patch : This patch contains the code changes for test logic based changes
  2. edk2-test-bbr-build.patch : This patch contains build related changes build-sct.sh and build-sct-arm.sh script changed to apply both the patches to edk2-test code base before build
