add B_SEC_* tests from SBSA ACS? #120

SBSA ACS has tests for B_SEC_0[1-5] features. By name they belong to BSA ACS.

They are described only in BSA specification.

Hi @hrw, The PE security requirements are mentioned in SBSA 7.1 L6 checklist only (1.9.4 section) and not part of the BSA checklist (3.14). These tests are required to run only as part of the SBSA binary, for simplifying SBSA build they are hosted in SBSA ACS.
