Test number	Rule ID	Scenario	Algorithm
4	B_PE_04	PEs must support 4KB translation granules at stage 1.	ID_AA64MMFR0_EL1 must indicate support for 4KB and 64KB granules for all cores.

So test says "4KB" while checks for "4KB and 64KB"?
