added support to compile kvm-unit-tests test framework as a lib to provide required infra to run the litmus tests.
added 34 litmus tests to bsa-acs test suite.
tests can be built into bsa by passing ENABLE_MEMTEST flag to build command.
test scenario, log analysis instructions and README is added for user to build and run litmus tests
