Provision conformance profile guid #123

Add an EFI Conformance Profile Table GUID to indicate compliance with the future version of this specification.

Can we replace TBD by 2.2? - We didn't have too many changes since 2.1. Which software besides U-Boot is currently taking note of the EBBR GUID? I only found this unmerged patch for the EFI shell: https://www.mail-archive.com/devel@edk2.groups.io/msg71306.html
